1. Introduction

Welcome to LUUL BRIDAL. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from LUUL BRIDAL. By accessing or ordering from our site you agree to be bound by these Terms. When we refer to “LUUL BRIDAL”, “we”, “us” or “our” we mean LUUL BRIDAL (the business selling the goods).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Fulfilment

3.1 Order acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance in writing (email) and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3.2 Please allow 1–3 business days for standard orders to be fulfilled prior to dispatch. For Pre-Order / made-to-order items, please allow 4 weeks for production before dispatch — the shipping estimate shown at checkout applies from dispatch, not from the date of order.
3.3 Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. This includes standard orders and pre-order production once production has commenced.

4. Prices & Payment

4.1 All prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT where indicated. We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors and adjust fees where necessary.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number by email.
5.2 UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail and typically delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch.
5.3 International Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail or UPS and typically delivered 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and local carriers.
5.4 Customs & Duties: For international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. LUUL BRIDAL is not responsible for delays or charges applied by customs authorities.

6. Pre-Order & Production Items

6.1 Items marked as Pre-Order or Made to Order require a 4-week production period before dispatch. The shipping timeframe displayed at checkout applies after dispatch.
6.2 Because items are produced especially for you, pre-order and made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Cancellations: As stated, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
7.2 Returns & Exchanges: We handle returns and exchanges in accordance with our separate Returns Policy (available on the website). If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs or to return the item to investigate. After 7 days from delivery we may be unable to assist.
7.3 Refunds: Where a refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable period after receiving the returned item (where applicable).

8. Delivery Issues & Contact Window
