How long does shipping take?

We offer fast, reliable shipping because we know you’re counting down the days.

UK Orders:
Your LUUL piece should arrive within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail or tracked courier. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide using Express Shipping. Delivery takes 4-5 working days once dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey.

Customs duties may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

COLOUR ACCURACY?

Every LUUL piece is crafted and photographed with great care to reflect its true shade and detail. However, please note:

- Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, therefore we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

If you’re unsure about a tone (especially with our limited-edition diracs), feel free to reach out we’re more than happy to help.

Can I change or return my item?

Each LUUL piece is thoughtfully made with care and intention. For that reason, all sales are final.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase, as we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.
